Introduction
Historically, pedigree Organisation have maintained a wide array of revenue based services which can become very confusing to some members as to when and how they should be applied.

The resulting confusion often results in delays and certifications being held while the organisation informs the breeder and awaits the correct fee's to be returned.

Inventory Pro, is in dramatic contrast to the historical system and is as a result a much simplified approach. A byproduct of which results in a high level of accuracy in the registers record keeping.

The Inventory revenue based system, changes the focus away from registration based fee's and focus's directly on the number of active breeding females within the breeders herd / flock.

The resulting revenue is paid on a biannual seasonal (Spring and Autumn) basis in advance of any births, when births result from active breeding females registered in the Inventory system, those births are then registered free of charge, there by reducing delays.

The net benefit to the breeder, is that they only pay for females which they intend to breed from in the current year, without concerning themselves with the historical array for service fee's.

The net benefit to the organisation is three fold, firstly there can be a marked increase in the number of other revenue based animal events being notified like transfers, deaths etc.

Secondly, the accuracy may dramatically increase within the register, due to the annualised paper based inventory audit conducted on every breeders herd / flock

Thirdly, the organisation immediately gains the bonus advantages of now having a revenue projection engine to drive its breed improvement and planning scheme as a direct result of the ability to collect the majority of its annual revenues in advance of any births.

The inventory based system, feeds off the underlying data available in Genealogy Pro, so no duplication is required.

As is the case in all versions of Tasc Software products, Inventory Pro can be networked for multi-user operation.
